REGISTRATION & PACKET PICK-UP

Scullers and crew representatives must report to Regatta Registration during one of the two time periods listed below.  Regatta Registration is located  near the finish line of the race course on the riverwalk in front of the Del Monte Center building.

• Friday, October 8th from 5PM to 8PM
• Saturday, October 9th from 6AM to 10AM

All scratches must be reported at least one (1) hour prior to an event and no later than 10:00 a.m. on race day.

COACHES, COXSWAINS, & SCULLERS MEETINGS

A mandatory meeting will occur at 6:30 AM on Race Day at the finish line area near Heinz Field.

WEIGH-INS

Crews required to weigh-in must do so at Regatta Registration during the registration and packet pick-up times listed above.

BOW MARKERS and SHIRT CARDS

Bow markers and Shirt Cards must be picked up at Regatta Registration.  Bow markers must be affixed on the bow of the racing shell by way of an appropriate bow marker holder. Shirt cards and bib numbers must be worn visibly on the back of each single sculler or bow rower in a bow coxed shell. Shirt cards must be worn on the backs of all coxswains of stern-coxed boats.
